The work tool behind Poem Booth, the AI photo booth that writes a poem or paints a portrait of every guest. Our team, hub managers and drivers use it to manage bookings, plan the delivery, support and pickup of the booths, and run the booths at events.
A hub manager can connect a Google account and pick or create a calendar for the hub's planning. The dashboard then keeps one event per part of every job in that calendar and keeps it up to date.
A driver is invited as a guest once they accepted the agreement for the ride, so the ride is in their own calendar; Google sends them updates and cancellations, and the dashboard shows whether they accepted.
The calendar is shared read-only with the hub's managers. The dashboard only touches the calendar the user picks and only the events it created; disconnecting removes the stored access straight away.
